Re: Roller Cleaning
I've used alcohol to clean the rubber rollers, then dampen my rag with tri-flo oil(could even use wd-40), wait a few minutes, wipe off any excess oil, give a couple minutes for oil to absorb into the rubber, it works great for me..I figure oil and rubber, are pretty much the same. Also softens the rubber, make it grab a little more, till you replace the rollers..
Good Luck..

Re: Roller Cleaning
Hello Everyone,
I've found multiple posts about roller cleaning, but the newest one that I found was from 2015. I'm wondering if I can get some updated suggestions on what to use to clean the grey rubber rollers on Kyocera MFPs. I know that alcohol will damage, them, and I've seen water used, but does it matter whether it is tap water, distilled water, etc.?
Thank You for your help.Regards Mark

Re: Roller Cleaning
Apply a light coat of Nu Finish buff off after dry.
Might take a few applications, but the PCR roller will be shiny, and it produces a bolder print and doesn't build up as fast and there is less wear on the drum.
It works on mono and color PCRs.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
