[CQ] Kyocera CS 3552ci leaving line/smudge on first copy

    Hi all,
I've got a CS3552ci in the field that is laying a black line/smudge on the first print, but none on the following prints, if running multiple copies. I thought this line/smudge may be coming from the transfer belt cleaning brush, or the felt roller, just under the plastic cover, on the transfer belt, that covers it. I can clean this, resolving the issue, but it seems to come back very quickly.

Most all of the larger machines that use a TR-8550 Transfer Belt seem to have this issue at some point.

Has anyone seen this issue, and found a remedy for it?

    Thanks!
