If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I once had a customer dump a toner waste bottle in the front yard, on a snowy very windy day. It's hard to describe the artistry of the 4 litres of color waste toner distributed over most of the yard, and most of the person, then just swirling around when the wind blew ... it was beautiful! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Don't worry about that. Once you point compressed air at the developing unit, everything within a meter will be entirely covered with toner.

Re: Kyocera P2135dn - back of paper toner
Correct. If I was in your position I would CAREFULLY, dump out as much toner as I could onto a large piece of paper (not outdoors, not windy), and not worry about getting it all. It will end up on the back of your paper for just a little while longer. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: Kyocera P2135dn - back of paper toner
No drilling required [or recommended]. Simply remove the two screws holding the doctor blade and remove it, then start vacuuming rotating the gears occasionally to move the toner from the rear of the DV to the point where you can vacuum it. Don't forget to vacuum the roller as well.Comment

Without the vacuum you won't be able to get the unit quite that clean, but that's the basic idea. And you don't have to read Russian to understand what he's doing. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

After that I'll write again with the results.
Should I vacuum the transfer roller as well?Comment

Re: Kyocera P2135dn - back of paper toner
Generally, I do not touch foamy transfer rollers unless I have an issue directly attributable to it, for example, the circumference of the roller matches the interval of a repeating defect.
There was one notable exception on a Kyocera FS-4200. The enduser had " ... cleaned it for me, but was having trouble installing the maintenance kit they bought online." It indeed was a maintenance kit, but not for a FS-4200 ... no surprise the parts did not fit. And whatever they cleaned the transfer roller with must have been oily, because it left a very distinctive repetitive defect. Three or four cleanings with glass cleaner left me with the original issue: poor drum cleaning 150K past the PM interval.
It you aren't having a specific issue don't touch. =^..^=Last edited by blackcat4866; 05-26-2021, 07:41 PM.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Thank you for the help. Vacuuming out the DV and then using a original kyo toner did it. I had to go to "service -> developer" and "reboot" the printer, then it took 10 Minutes to fill the DV.
Now the paper is finally clean on the backside again.
Hopefully it's doing again 20k pages in the next 10 years now (hah)Comment
