Have you checked if it is a repetitive mark since you said it was a A3 print? Measure the distance between each mark and use the repetitive mark chart in the Service Manual

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Those lines are about 94mm apart which on the repeating defect chart is either the drums or pressure roller on a low-end machine. The fact that this is happening on all colours suggests it's not the drum drive as the K and the YMC are on separate drive trains. That leaves the pressure roller. What would be interesting to see would be bands of colour lengthways down the page to see if the line travels through all colours at the same point on the page meaning that it the pressure roller causing the defect. You could temporarily swap the fusing unit between machines.

I'm leaning towards Munter's explanation. I can't enlarge it enough to see, but I suspect that under high magnification you will see an expansion (light) then compression (dark). I suspect there's a flat spot with the pressure roller or a defect in the fuser drive. A quick fuser swap should help you diagnose it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The fuser or the actual drive? If the drive, did you notice anything when turning it by hand?
