[CQ] Kyocera 7003 weird mark in half tone

Howdy folks, got a 7003 that makes this jitter in half tones. It does not appear when printing a U089 half tone page but it does appear when printing U412 pages. Customer had it show up in darker greys on a invoice header.
Swapped the drum and DV unit and its still present. Transfer belt is next but checking to see if any one else has encountered this.

We have found the tr belts not lasting the PM cycle lately. Everything else in this model usually does …apart from feed rollers. A while back they added guide rubbers to the edges of the belt and they have been delaminating. I’ve not seen that exact defect before but TR belt would certainly be a suspect.

I had a similar issue with a 9003 and as I recall it was the belt. Of course I did the drum and developer first.

Transfer belt did appear to fix it. When i ran my U412 to replicate the marks they were hardly there. Got the customer to run a few things and same thing, not as visible as before. Swapped belt and didn't see any sign of the marks though.

        Thx
