Kyocera 307ci and 306ci little lines and dots on printed pages

Client get little tiny line on the printed/copied pages. something like 1/8 inch all over the page. Usually black but sometimes other colors. Machine has 36,000 copies.
I upgraded firmware, Replaced drum unit and perform calibration, Drum refresh and Developer reset and calibration. After a month client have same issue.
Client using genuine toners drums and developers.
Lately went to client and polished drum cylinder but issue return after 2 weeks. Any idea????

How about a pretty picture for us to look at.
It would help with working out what the cause is.

Is this what you are getting for lines from the black drum?

It is the way it is. You can try to adjust asleep timers but still going to happen.

I've seen that many times ......random toner streaks almost always been the transfer belt. They never seem to last all that long. You might try vacuuming the belt cleaning unit.

Allstar59, i already tried to clean and vacuum the transfer belt but issue is still there. Did kyocera designed this machine soooo bad?
We sold fe of these machine and seems like all having this issue except one. I do belive there is a way to eliminate these specs/lines but no idea how.

It'll never happen. They're content with people hating their product because they are saving money on a garbage drum unit.
