What format are you scanning in, and at what DPI?
I wonder if the file size is large.

How does scanning go in U203? Sounds like you may be scanning in Auto colour mode. Does it pause in B/W ?

What is the DP model being used?

When stopping, does the screen display anything unusual?

          My assumption is "adjust scanning"

Not sure it it's related, but I sometimes see this happen when the doc feed paper size detection guides register the wrong size. It will hesitate, but it will also cut off the copy/scan. You can usually correct this by sliding the guides back and forth a few times to free any dust from the size detection board contacts.

                PROBLEM SOLVED
It was lcc pick up roller springs
Had to put original springs back in, the Kyocera modification springs caused the issue.

Hey Maina, that bulletin is for the paper feed unit not the document processor.

Yes I am aware. Did you see his resolution? I'm not up on the Kyo lingo but isn't the LCC, the the large capacity cassette? aka Paper deck? I think or assume his issue was lacking a few details.

I have to laugh at myself. I read it as ICC and didn't really know what that was so didn't respond figuring I would find out later. LCC makes some sense, at least I know what that is, however doesn't make sense as far as this case. Maybe we could get some clarification.
