    2552ci booklets printing insideout

    Evening all,
Have a 2552ci that prints booklets inside out from a mac
have installed latest driver & tried many different setting such as reverse page order etc.. but booklets always insideout with front covers on inside
This setup on mac worked fine for last few months, then one day bam, inside out booklets
    Print from Pc works fine
    Any ideas much appreciated

Macs tend to do what they want, when they want. Had a similar issue years ago (10+) with booklets folding inside out. Spent days trying to figure out what changed but nothing would fix it.
Next round of updates came along, booklets returned to normal.

It prints fine from the Windows PC so it is definitely the Mac. Can you roll back any recent updates? What program are they printing from?

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

I would try saving as a PDF or different format than the original. That's usually the way to get around Publisher printing issues.
      Hope that helps !

Mac updates have been breaking things with Sharp printing the last few years, definitely my guess, especially if it's OS13+

          Try this:

In Paper Handling select Scale to Fit Paper Size and Destination Paper Size to either A5 or A4 depending on the Booklet Size.
In Print Panel select Booklet Fold.
In Adobe Reader in Page Setup set Paper Size to A5 or A4 depending on Booklet Size.

This is how I got the last Mac I setup to do Booklets.

Make sure you open the pdf with Acrobat / Acrobat Reader, then have Acrobat create the booklet and use the driver to just fold, but not create the booklet. Reverse the page order if needed.

I read somewhere that Mac's are less than 8% of all the computers on the planet. Mac's suck.
