    C2950

Having a c2950 on a TA3051ci error pointing to the motor control pwb. Also the machine is indicating paper jam and main cover open symptoms similar to a C980 error which is the low voltage PWb. Replaced the motor control PWB. Problem still exists. Any suggestions?

    Re: C2950

The manual points to a communication issue between the motor control PWB and the engine PWB.

If you're not ready to go for the engine board yet, you could try the harness in-between. The manual also mentions firmware, and it can't hurt ... but probably won't help.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did not try the harness. Will let you know how that turns out.

are you shure for C2950 instead of maybe C6950?
look for the attachment and check flatcables.
