Would your customer be printing webpages directly out of the browser? That is a common outcome. A workaround is to save that webpage as a PDF, then print the PDF. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is that a 20 year old machine? Is that a falcon 3? If it is there was a dim under the control panel that can be the issue. Need reseated of replaced. I thing the writing on them needed to be in yellow?

Also advisable to "print as image" to stop any errant coding getting through.

          Spot on!

I read the model and that code....and that stupid chip flashed in my mind. Thin gold plating on the contacts of early production chips.

Or it is time to put on your salesmen hat and upgrade them.
