It looks like primary transfer cleaning to me. Try printing this image:
=^..^=Attached FilesIf you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: TASkalfa 250CI Dirty printing problem
From the looks of those test patterns, all the drums are worn out too.
If you can still get the parts, I'd start with maintenance kit A, and maintenance kit B. That will include everything you need, plus the rest of the maintenance due.
If you are thinking seriously abut buying $2500 USD in parts, that money would be better spent towards a new (or newer) machine. The Saturn series is obsolete. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: TASkalfa 250CI Dirty printing problem
As per Blackcat the main issue is the transfer belt
It is a laminated belt and over time the surface splits exposing the glues
So you have two issues. You need to replace the transfer belt. At around $500 US this is problematic
Second issue is you now have glue adhesions on all the drums. These can be cleaned if you take great care, but takes time and is a total PITA.
Did I mention the third issue ?
This is a very old model, not a great one, and probably only worth scrap metal value.Comment
