I misspoke. It's been a while since I've done this but here's what you need to know:
Copy the files to an USB-stick and load the files to the machine using U224. The files are :
callwin_ext_image.png 180x200pix max 1Mb callwin_ext_mes_detail.txt callwin_ext_mes_top.txt opening_ext_image.png 800x400pix max 1Mb
Use an application like Irfanview to format your image to 800x400 pixels, .png file format, and named exactly as specified. Use simulation U224 to import the image.
Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
i agree with the other post. and it must be exact as specified. file size and type, if those are off it won't work. and i don't remember the kyocera model. but i did changed that file before, once it is changed it can't be changed back to the default.
Getting your company logo on those Taskalfa C2553 machines can be a bit tricky.First off, you'll wanna make sure your logo is in the right format. I'd recommend using an AI SVG generator to convert it into a scalable vector graphic. That way, it'll look crisp and clear no matter what size you need it.Once you've got your logo in the right format, it's all about navigating the machine's settings. You'll likely find an option somewhere in the menu to upload custom logos or images. Just follow the prompts, upload your logo, and bam—you'll have your company branding front and center on those machines in no time.
