Change transfer belt and run all needed adjustments at first.
Don't forget to check the belt cleaning drive for brocken gear.
yes I noticed it, in fact I tried to do the basic calibrations and it doesn't complete them
giving error code,
if I execute DEV-CLN for 3,4 times
the print corrects itself for a while and then gets worse,.
It looks to me as if the black density is good ? If it is, I would look at the primary transfer belt release motor as the source of the issue. It appears as if it's not bringing the belt back down to the color drums. That would rule out secondary transfer.

From U000 i can see still original belt mounted.
Adjustments does not work with maybe broken belt!
You has to assemble new transfer belt at first.
maybe the drive from transfer cleaning pipe is broken, but it`s a nightmare to remove
At first check if waste toner is coming out from this pipe. Remove the transfer belt/ Remove the left cover, there you see the driving shaft for the cleaning pipe/ turn by hand and check if waste toner would forwarded from the pipe/ you has to open the pipe shutter at first
if yet >>> new belt needed/ no way
If not >>> nightmare
Bulletin from similar system i attach/ (i think no bulletin would published for this system), but it`s same construction/ work
Depended to the production date, KDC added 2 holes in the inner front cover to get easier access to both hidden screws/ time for this maintenance will decrease dramatically if the holes available. Check step 18 from the bulletin and search for the 2 holes closed to the waste pipe.
today I had the opportunity to mount all the drums and DVs on a working machine, after an initial calibration cycle that the machine does automatically I tried to print and it prints well, I put all the units back into the original machine and now it prints well but I don't think it will last.
it will run out again after next few faulty calibrations.
Compare your U000 report data with service manual description and decide by yourself what you can do against the current calibration cycles
U000/464 Set ID Adj Mode
1 >> Permission [On]
2 >> Time Interval [1200 seconds]
3 >> Leaving Time [1080 minutes]
Service manual/ U464
1 >> Permission Permit/Prohibit Calibration
2 >> Time Interval Sets the time interval to execute calibration after completing printing.
3 >> Leaving Time Setting the time to determine whether to execute calibration when recovering from Sleep mode.
Point [1] don`t change
If you increase point [2+3] it will take longer time until it`s out again
i found additional point: very low coverage for color printing
based on service status page and U920 you can see coverage from Ø 1% coverage for color cmy.
U332 shows 1% for low (L) and 2,5% for (M)
U920 shows Col Copy (L) 10979 Pages with coverage up to 1% and Col PRN (L) 19977 pages with coverage up to 1%
In total we have had 30956 pages with coverage <1%
If systems are running like this, we can get stress for developer powder and finally faint images.
New dv stations needed because the size of developer powder iron component decreased.
Are you able to use the dv units from other system for checking if calibrations are running without C7620?
If yet, you can check if new belt needed.
