Kyocera MA4500 Fuser toner buildup in center of press roller

Hi guys, back in October of 24, I sold an accounting firm the Kyocera ma4500 machine with 3 drawers... A couple days ago they called in with black blotches on pages. The machine has 22,000 total page count, and there is a big buildup of toner in the center of the pressure roller. There is no toner buildup of any sort on the heat roller. With ease, I just rotated it around and cleaned that all off, but I don't see a reason why this would be happening. Has anyone else had this issue? THEY ARE USING ONLY OEM KYOCERA TONER. They do double-sided, but it's all tax information that is pretty busy from top to bottom. I was wondering if it would benefit me to maybe bump up the fuser temperature by 1° or 2° degrees without compromising anything else?. This buildup in the center of the roller is not a solid buildup but about an 1 1/2 wide in the center of the Press roller all the way around is just a bunch of blotches, so when they make copies sometimes one of those splotches will end up on the page. It's only 8 1/2 x 11, 20 lb paper that they're using also . Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Better yet, select a slightly heavier media type: Normal3 or Thick1
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Problem with doing that is, then we have to go in and change all their settings at the desktop, because if you change the media type at the machine then you have to change it at the PC as well. Anytime they go into any program they'll have to change all of those settings, I don't want to have the customer question why we're changing settings when this machine should be doing this with plain paper settings, that's why I was curious if anybody else had had this issue with this specific model family? Was curious if bumping up the fuser temperature 1° or 2° would help, I would be more open to that, but didn't know if there was a specific issue with this family of machines? You're thoughts?

I would raise the temp as it is Not fusing on the centre areas. Can you notice any print defects in the centre of the prints?

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

You can go into paper settings and tell the machine that all Plain paper will be printed as Normal3 or Thick1 or whatever media type.
It's on page 30 of the Command Center RX User Guide. It's right here:

Have seen similar on Oki’s as their paper settings are more suited for 60gsm rather than 80. Just set your plain paper to normal 3 which will take it up to 91 to 105 gsm

These setting adjustments didn't help in the M3655idn series.
I guess Kyocera didn't fix this issue on the new series.
oh boy, I have about at least a half dozen out there now.......................
