FS4200 Eject/Feed Shaft section will not feed paper

After I replaced the fuser assembly in my FS4200 (due to a PCQ issue), the EJECT/FEED SHAFT ASSEMBLY will not accept the print job from the fuser. In other words, no gear movement. I installed the original fuser assembly, no joy. I replaced the R-LPWB assembly with a known good unit, still no joy. I check the schematic and it does not show the voltages from the R-LPWB assembly to the motor. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Did you do this? (from the manual...)

Caution: when refitting the fuser unit, performthe following procedures.
(1)Turn on the power switch while opening the
rear cover after removing the fuser unit.
(2)Turn off the power switch after 5-second or
    more progress.
    (release state of fixing pressure)
    (3)Refit the fuser unit.

      What jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

drichard's idea is my best guess as well. The cams sound like they are in the up position and not fully seated. I would also cheat the door switch and eliminate the door possibility. But yes Jam code would great

There is no jam code displayed. And I have not been able to access the error log as per the serviced manual (see attached).
