Check Hard Drive (U989) and memory. Maybe put known good ones in the copier to make sure.
If you can backup the copier and do a U21. Reset up.
I would try this before going to a main pcb.

Take out both drawers, remove feed unit B1 and check.
we have had several similar cases in past, it`s a well known problem for our techs.

The time I saw it, it was an Alphard2, and the paper was crammed behind the bridge unit.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Ive seen that bridge unit paper jam as well. Print jobs just blink without printing and no error code on screen. Like the machine just doesn't know what to do with that kinda jam.
It's a know bug in the firmware that, AFAIK, has never been addressed.
