Kyocera M3655 Main charge roller

Is there a bulletin I missed on these charge rollers? I have multiple machines with the M3655, m3645 main charge rollers going bad, causing repeating smudges down the page.
Am I alone in this problem? Have they replaced with new better rollers? What's going on with these?

Rust spots on the shaft were a problem on most models for a time...this QA was issued for multiple models. It's not the version for your specific model (The new knowledge base search is a PITA), but may still apply.

This kind of fix takes some time to filter through the field, but it seems they have definitely fixed this on all MC rollers. A couple of years ago I’d be changing several a week. Haven’t changed one in months now.

Do not use aftermarket toner on any Kyocera. You're just asking for service calls.
