Not an easy fuser to rebuild. I’d suspect you have no pressure if your toner is wiping off. One test for fuser pinch is to run a solid black print and stop it mid way thru the fuser. Let it sit for a minute and remove You should have a 3-5mm strip that is fully fused and shiny compared to the rest. If you don’t have this then you have no pressure. Time to go over your work.

Those fusers are a bear to rebuild, IMO, not worth the effort. Do yourself a favor & put in a new Genuine Kyocera fuser & you will be much happier, even thou they're pricey, its the best way to go.

            Looks like wrong fuser pressure.
I`m wondering a little bit why you do not get C6xxx error
Does the fuser pressure release motor is working well?
Start printing by open cover and check if it works, you can see and hear if it works.
Also check wirings for motor and sensor.

Agree fuser pressure is probably the issue. The temp must be ok or it would code out? Aftermarket fuser film? Is film turning (fuser grease?)
