Kyocera Taskalpha 2550ci paper feed rollers

Are cassette paper feed rollers available for this model or do I need to order the whole paper feed assembly?

Looking in the parts manual and searching online, I can only find the whole feed assembly - part #302MV94060 or 302MV94061

For me that would depend if the customer is under service agreement or not.

If they are not under service agreement, get the feed assembly and charge out the wazoo.

If they are under service agreement, the feed rollers and P/N are below:

302HN06080 PULLEY PICKUP ASSY
302F906230 PULLEY FEED ASSY
302F909171 RETARD ROLLER ASSY

In all seriousness, I was kidding about charging out the wazoo for the feed assembly if the customer is not under service agreement.

I did check on the Kyocera website and those are the current P/N for the feed section feed rollers.

Thanks for the part numbers.

I'm just trying to keep this customer running for a few more months until they're ready to upgrade.

They are billable so maybe i should just order the whole assembly. LOL! Nah, I wouldn't do that to a good customer. Karma is a bitch.

If you've got Konica Minolta A00J 5636 00 (x3) you can press them onto the original hubs. And you'll get significantly better life.
