    Copystar CS-2553ci drums replacement question

Hi Guys, I have a customer with a CS-2553ci, the display is saying replace maint kit A & B, it has 203K on the meter.. I ordered all 4 drum units & wanted to be sure of correct way to initiate these drum units & maint. time.

Question is do I install all 4 drums at the same time, or should I do each one separately & fire machine up, or do them all at one time and then fire machine up?
The manual says to do the following>
After drum replacement, close the cover then turn on machine.
    Drum refresh starts automatically.
DO I NEED TO DO EACH ONE OF THESE SIMS ALSO?
Execute the following setting after machine is ready.
    • Drum unit initial setting (maintenance mode U119): Execute
    • Developer bias adjustment (maintenance mode U140): AC Calib/Calibration
    • ID correction operation setting (maintenance mode U464): Calib
    • Primary transfer unit initial setting (maintenance mode U469): Manual
    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Shouldn't be an issue to do them all at once. Alternatively, you could just do black first, then do the colors, but you shouldn't have any issues.

      Turn the copier off.
Replace all drums at the same time.
      Turn copier on.
You will see it is doing its own thing for a bit.
Then do U464 (Calib.), U469 (Auto Reg.) and U410.
Also reset MK A and B in U251.

Also if the original drums are still in good condition you can extend the maintenance count and wait till the print quality gets poor.
Have had times where the drums are still in good nick. Your choice.

As per above. Do all at one time. Don’t do U119, that’s no longer needed. Do 464, 469, 464, 410. Check U110 and U930 are reset. All good for another 200k.
typically these drums can go 250k

If you use U952 and select Maint Kit, it walks you through all the simulations that need to be ran.
          Hope that helps !
