3252ci - "This cassette is printer use only"

As it says in the title, I've got a Ta3252ci that has suddenly when trying to copy, via the doc feed or glass, started to say "This cassette is printer use only Select another cassette" :
PXL_20250703_133749450.jpgI can't find anything in the system menu or anything via the web interface, and none of us at work can remember seeing anything along those lines on a Kyocera.
    Minolta/Konica yes..

    Any thoughts anyone?

The cassette may be set to 12 x 18 paper which is printer only. You can't place an original of that size or enlarge to that size from a smaller original

Good thought, but all cassettes are set to their correct 'A' sizes, with settings for plain or high quality.

Why wouldn't this be in the system menu under the paper tray settings. I had a Sharp customer who put color paper in for faxes. You just went to the trays and unchecked printer and copy from those 2 color trays and boom. Fax only trays. Shouldn't require a tech.
