3550ci Print has No Cyan, but background is all Cyan

    Weird but here's the samples

These are 4 status pages printed in a row:

    Adobe Scan Mar 07, 2022_1.jpg
    Adobe Scan Mar 07, 2022_2.jpg
    Adobe Scan Mar 07, 2022_3.jpgAdobe Scan Mar 07, 2022_4.jpg

First status page print has no cyan indicated in the "Toner Guage Bars) (background is clean)
Second status page print again has no cyan indicated (background also clean)
Third status page still no cyan Guage but background is covered in solid cyan color
Fourth status page cyan background looks streaky.

Performed so far in this order (all new):
    Cyan DV
    CMYK Drums
    Transfer Belt
    HV PCB
    2nd Cyan DV Unit
    PWB Feed
    Execute MM021
    Firmware update
    MM191, 464, 410

You've done everything but LSU, which is what the lines on 4 look like to me. Easy enough to switch places with another color, if you don't have a parts machine.
    Hope that helps !

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          Hi,
i'm new to the forum and that's my first post.
I work a lot on Kyoceras, it seems to be the LSU. Trying to swap cyan drum and yellow drum, if the problem's still the same is the LSU quite sure.
