One of my customers wants to have 2 different fax lines coming into their 4500i copier, it currently has the regular fax system V card, is there an additional fax add-on card for dual fax capability ?, as they saw an online brochure stating something like this may be available ???

You should be able to add an additional fax in the second slot. It would be a fax V as well.
I haven't done it on this model, but have on a KM-5050.
I believe you set which line is for sending if I remember correctly. -

Yes. You can have two fax cards installed on this machine. I believe only one card (Option 1) can be used to send faxes, but they can both receive. With this set up, the machine can be sending and also receiving a fax simultaneously.Comment

This is correct. You can choose which fax card sends ... but only one card can send. I had a couple of customers go in together to buy an MFP, and wanted separated phone lines and phone bills. That just doesn't work. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
