Yeah, I think I'd clean out that squirrel cage first. It's located on the right side, in the rear column behind the door. You'll have to remove the fuser and some covers to see the fan. The good news is that you probably won't need to remove or replace the fan. Just take a spring hook and pick out the giant ball of fuzz obstructing air passage.
This photo is from an Alphard I Zeus, not an Alphard I Venus, but the effect is the same:

=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What Blackcat said. I've never had to replace one, only clean them out. There's a bulletin for a filter that sticks on the outside, to keep you from having to tear it apart to clean it.Comment

That's correct. Depending on the environment, you may also remove the metal cover over the IH PWB and blow it off. Sometimes the heat sinks will get buildup on them also, not allowing for proper cooling.Comment

No, not the fuser fan.

It looks like 302K994360 to me also. Not sure why it says that unless it's used in both places.

Here:

Most of the time the fan just needs cleaning. I have replaced this fan on a couple of Zeus, but it did not solve the issue. I have replaced one or two IH boards over the years. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
