    [Jamming] Kyocera 308ci RADF DP-5100

    New install (third party deal)
308ci jamming when duplexing legal documents.
The legal documents are consumers energy bills, so they have creases and perforations.
Standard legal runs all day long
    J9004, J9110

My question is there any way adjust the RADF to feed this all the time, or my current work around is to scan a few at a time.
They are scanning to email so upping dpi would be a issue.
Customer agrees the should have got a bigger, better machine.

    Thanks

You could set up a program key with Legal as your original size and duplex selected, then put a shortcut on the home screen for the program.
    Hope that helps !

It's the perforation that cause the problem. Any device that moves paper periodically buckles the paper to align it at a set of rollers. Instead of getting a nice smooth buckle, the perforation folds, releasing the nearest paper switch or not pushing the paper into the pinch rollers. There is no easy answer for this. It's the originals. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
