    Hi Guys,

I have a problem with cyan on this machine.
    (see attach.)

    I already replaced:
    all developer and drum units
    Main high voltage pwb
    Parts pwb Drum Dlp connect
    Feed Image pwb
    Engine pwb

    Problem is not solved yet.

    Any suggestion is welcome

    Thanks in advance

Do you see this pattern on the developing roller? Are you using genuine toner? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm going to throw out a guess of: LSU. Only because I cannot imagine how a mechanical issue can do this since so many parts have already been replaced.

This unit uses a LSU with four lasers, and a common polygon motor, so perhaps the cyan laser is somehow malfunctioning? Also there is no feedback inside the LSU for verifying color laser operation, only black so cmy laser malfunction will not result in any failure code except for calibration fail C76XX.

I also notice that the area which SHOULD be cyan, is not, but instead continues the background pattern.

Run a copy with the cyan main charge roller removed and post the sample.

            Hi ,

            Thanks for so far.

This pattern is also visible on the drum.

Off course we use original toner.

When i am back at the customer I'll post some examples.

              Hello,
Personally I think a cyan bias problem.
have you checked the high voltage?
              Do not lament,
              do not mock,
              do not hate,
              but understand.

                Hi Guys,

After replacing the Main highvoltage pwb for the second time the problem was solved.
