I've performed the Laser cleaning (Adjustment & Maintenance Mode): same issue

I think I need to dismantle and check the Laser unit.

        Thanks

LMAO. Go for it. JUST KIDDING...children...don't play with Lasers.

They are sealed and they quit blowing air through them in the Voyager series.

There is nothing to clean or replace inside.

I've followed your instructions regarding U467 and the machine is working properly.

                  Thank you, much appreciated.

Good in theory, but not the real world. Unfortunately I have to pull the laser on a few Alphard & Alphard 2's in environments where the end of the polygon mirrors get dust build up.
It looks similar to this, but all 4 lasers exhibit the same thing. I've even tried to seal the laser unit with tape, but it did not help.
                    Hope that helps !

Yeah when the warranty is up you can chance it, but this is a new machine. No sense when there is warranty coverage, you're just risking a voided return.
