Machine is giving a error: PC LXL Error, Subsystem 10. Never seen that one. Anyone know what that is? Print driver or computer caused error? Am thinking a bad driver issue. Going to check that first.

Update the driver & firmware is where I would start.
Also check the driver is printing via IP not WSD port.

Install the KX driver and use the IP address port. Then set pdl to pcl5 under the doors deselect snmp. Printing the PDF file can also be the cause of the problem.

In my experience, the problem you describe is almost always caused by printing PDFs.
So, by all means, do what was suggested above. It must be done if your going to try the below.
Another thing I do, if I can, is to have the customer use the latest free version of Adobe reader. Once its installed, right click on a PDF and then in the drop menu choose 'Open with' then 'Chose another app'. In the next window choose Adobe Reader then check 'Always use this app to open .pdf files' then click OK. I have found that I have less problems with customers that use a lot of PDFs if they use the free Adobe reader to view and print them. After all, I do believe it was Adobe who invented the Portable Document File.
If your still having problems printing PDFs and your using Adobe Reader or even the full version of Adobe, I might suggest the following. Open a problem PDF on the PC. Click on File in the upper left to get a drop menu, then click on Print. When the Print dialog opens, click on the 'Advance' button. In the window that opens up, check 'Print As Image' then click OK. Print one page of the document to test and to lock in the settings. Whenever I do this, I have not heard back form the customer about not being able to print PDFs. NOTE: This may slow down printing PDFs by a couple a seconds per page, but they print.
Bear in mind, not all PDFs are created equally. I read somewhere that many are just bitmaps with a PDF header. I find this is true of PDFs that come from out of the US....just sayin'
