Could you help me? I have a Kyocera Ecosys M6030cdn machine that has the problem when it prints in color, the entire sheet comes out magenta and the different colors predominate magenta, but if it is in B/W it comes out very well.

It's either m Drum which you can swap round with c to test or if your really unlucky it's the hv on the right hand side. The HV has very little protection if the machine falls the cover has nibs on it that have a habit of going straight through the HV board.

would be a good idea to get a certified kyocera tech to have a look since you stated you don't know what you are doing.

It would be recommended since I am a technician in canon equipment all the B/W and color lines and of these equipment I only know the minimum, I just wanted to help a friend

If you really want to help your friend start by getting a manual, and reading about how to disassemble the machine.
