[Misc] Taskalpha 3252ci Memory low cannot scan

Hello,
I haven't been to this call yet but this is what the customer is telling me.
The copier is saying "Memory low and cannot scan"

I am new to these machines and not sure where to start Thanks for any suggestions

We'll need some details about the scanning:

email? SMB? FTP? USB stick?
color? monochrome?
resolution: 200dpi? 300dpi 400dpi? 600dpi?

if email: email server attachment limits?

and about the machine:
current memory loaded/available?

so many questions ...

Rebooting usually clears the memory and will fix the error.

MM340 is not directly noted to effect scanning, but may alter the situation my removing some allocated memory from the print jobs.

Try changing 'Adj Memory'->Image from 0 to -50 (remove 50Mb from Print allocation), reboot and test.

It could easily need to be changed to +50 as well, I have no actual experience changing MM340 but it has been recommended in situations like this.
