please i want your help to solve this problem.
I can't connect to the kyocera tasfalka 4501 web page, when I ping it goes well..... But I can't connect to the page, I changed my ip address, browser and even factory reset.

unplug from the network. ping that IP address. i bet something else on the network is using the that IP.

I've found Internet Explorer is difficult to use because it is so outdated.

Here's an open source browser that supports TLS 1 so you can easily get into the older machines to turn on TLS 2 and SHA 1, SHA 2

important part:

You can re-enable the TLS deprecated access in Firefox by going to about:config and searching for the setting " security.tls.version.enable-deprecated " and change the setting from "False" to "True"

Probably a similar thing exists in the other browsers too, but i don't use those.
