    TA3551ci - Copy/print slides image

Greetings, it's been quite a few tries now on a TA3551ci we have on-site at a client's building and we can't wrap our head around what's causing the issue. Scan is fine, when you copying or printing, images slide off the sides of the paper, never twice the same, sometimes left/right sometimes up/down. We checked the whole paper path with no luck in finding any obstruction or missing/dirty sensor. Worth mentioning the same machine won't print in duplex, not even a page. For reference, please check the images attached. Thanks in advance!

Have you done anything yet? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

we are talking about a very old system.
I would take care for the registration clutch at first.

As per original post, the whole paper path has been tested, tried with different trays and the bypass, with no difference, feels like it's happening around the fuser section, which might make sense with the user suggesting the registration clutch, will take a look at that ASAP, thanks for the suggestion.
