    You are right.
    Check event log for C76xx?
    If DV, DK + TR o.k. you`ll get no C76xx, if 1 of them is broken you`ll get C7620 + 761x

    You measured the right points.
I think we are missing grounding for the conveying unit.
Did you checked the connectors for the conveying unit? (behind the transparent cover on the rear side)
Did you also measured contiunity inside from conveying unit?

Because i have good print on belt but does not transfer to paper...

I assume if theres problem with devs then there would not be good print on drums or belt...
I had good print on the belt, and no C76xx in the log, so that's why i started at secondary transfer, yet my cure ended up being found at the drums/dv section wtf. working backwards from the secondary roller was getting pretty frustrating after having replaced the secondary transfer pwb, finding/fixing the issues with contamination of the HVT lines etc.

      pretty strange stuff...

please take some action, and give feedback.
have you changed the toner hopper like suggested?
did you check all the contacts on the hopper?

        thanks for feedback.

I had one doing this & running all calibrations would bring the internal prints back, until it ran it's own calibration. Japan had me use the chart for U411 to recalibrate the scanner. That was last fall, it hasn't been back since.
          Hope that helps !

What i learned in >35 years fight against copier:
"Never trust a technician or a colleague"
I am sorry to say, but i do not remember how often i got the answer: "Yes i did"
When i checked U000 reports, i could see that it wouldn`t done.

If you have bad contacts on High Voltage PWB, you can`t get "good" quality on DK and TR.
Your colleague had done other work also.
For me it looks like bad grounding if you didn`t forget something.

Do not despair, nobody is perfect!
