Re: kyocera 3510i blurred image
Looks like the type of degradation you get when there is dampness in the machine and typical of when a machine has sat unused for quite some time. Sometimes the drums recover and are ok but often not. They seem to have a life not only in rotations, but in years
Try doing a few drum refreshes and a dev refresh. If that recovers it then fit the dehumidifier in the tray, turn on the code U327 to mode 2 and make sure the customer keeps the machine plugged in and switched on. Otherwise you are gonna need a brand new drum.

We tried the drum unit on another machine, it worked without any problems. The fault is elsewhere, but we cannot detect it.Comment

I tried... unfortunately no results. I also changed the engine boards. The problem persists.Comment

Genuine toner?
I agree that it looks it could be moisture. Or a fuser problem. Have you tried changing the transfer roller?
It would be helpful if you printed out the internal test charts. - U089.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

Re: kyocera 3510i blurred image
Hi
I had similar issue and it turned out to be the fuser unit temperature was too high. Check your paper settings and make sure it is set to the correct paper thickness and gsm range. Check your default fuser temperature in service manual and adjust the fuser temperature in Maintenance mode if it is not the same.
In my case new fuser did not help because it was caused by settings and not hardware.
What I also sometimes do for good measure is to do U907 backup and then run factory reset. Having multiple technicians working on machines sometimes lot of the settings was changed that cause problems later.
Please let us know your findings.

Re: kyocera 3510i blurred image
In my opinion theres a problem with charging a drum. If u r 100% sure that drum&pcr are ok there could be a dev problem or hvps.
Are these prints one by one?
Did u tried changing u100?

Re: kyocera 3510i blurred image
The prints were taken in series. I'm pretty sure it's a drum charging issue. However, we could not understand the reason for this. Changed the main board. The result is the same.Comment
