      A dev refresh should help. Every morning after you start the machine run dev refresh and drum refresh, then you should print without problems

        Are you sure the dev is rotating? You say it starts ok but degrades after a few pages? Confirm dev is running and dev bias connections.

          Turn on the cassette heater, it's on the back of machine near power cord,under plastic black cover

            I emptied the developer, cleaned the tank, adjusted the u130. 10-12 prints were good, then it started to print badly again. I disassembled the chassis of the machine, checked and collected it. The problem persists.
