I am not getting any magenta at all and i know to push in the gray post for the mag roller, no codes. Replaced mag-developer unit with new, made calibrations still no magenta. Ran sim 30 with no noise in feed for waste. Any ideas appreciated.

Re: 6052CI
You need to make sure that the unit has drive. In other words, is it spinning when in use?Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime. -
Re: 6052CI
If you wipe the developer aside on the mag roller, re-install the unit, run-it, then re-check the unit: Is there still a bare spot? Then you don't have drive.
You'll also notice that the developer on the mag roller looks gray colored. All the magenta toner is used out of the mix, and no new magenta toner is stirred in. You'll also notice magenta toner packed to the top of the toner inlet, but not stirred in. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: 6052CI
I had a similar situation with a 5052ci on cyan. The string or cable on the developing unit was hanging up and not allowing the mag roller to engage. I replaced it with a new unit and the new unit had the exact same problem. It happens. Something to look at. I also had one that the foam rubber pad of the packing material tore off and didn't get removed with the tab that it was suppose to be attached too. As a result the mag roller would not engage at the front end of the DV unit. That one was black and part of the image near the front of the printer was blank.
I hope this helps.Comment
