MAchine is TA 5002 . It is second hand. Before i deliver it to customer i emty used toner bottle. Now vey frequently message waste toner if full or replace waste toner appears. If i push in the waste toner bottle it works for some copies and again the same ,message on and on ...........
Any idea?

Clean the sensors well and replace the waste bottle

Clean the bottle out with a vacuum or canned air and clean the sensors as well. Many companies replace this bottle but if it is thoroughly cleaned, it will work perfectly fine. Replacing it is a waste of money!

You can calibrate the waste toner holder in Sim mode empty and no bottle. That helps me alot.

Craigster is correct that you have to re-calibrate with empty bottle in U155..but the weight-sensor may be damaged.

Machines are NOT TO BE SHIPPED WITH WASTE TONER BOTTLE INSERTED! It can damage the weight sensor because of heavy weight bouncing on the mechanism.

Not to muddy the waters.
I agree that it is a waste to replace it with a new WT, however you can use the empty black toner container as a WT.
