    kyocera ecosys m3655idn - Error 4401 - Duplex sensor 2 non arrival jam

    I have a Kyocera M3655idn giving me peace of mind.
    If I send 10 pages, it prints 10 in double-sided mode, if I send another 10, it makes a noise like gears slipping and the paper jams in the duplex area.
    New compatible fuser, new tray 1 feed rollers, new tray retard roller, I cleaned the duplex rollers and those two larger ones.


    Does anyone have an idea what could be happening?

      Have you tried feeding paper though the bypass tray? When you say compatible fuser, is it an OEM Fuser? What issues did you have before you changed all these items? Was it the same issue?

          Generic fuser, before changing the fuser, tray 1 pickup rollers, and retard roller.
          The printer worked for about 15 days then started to show error 4401 jams.
          When this error occurs, it makes a noise like gears slipping. I don't know if it's because of the jam or if some mechanism gets stuck and then the paper jams.
          Simple printing does not occur just duplex.

              What was the reason for changing these items? Did you have the non arrival jamming issue before changing these items?

                  Fuser was damaged, feed and retard rollers were worn.

                      Have you cleaned DUS2? It sits on the HV PWB horizontally, and can fill up with paper dust. =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              Can you view the sensor from below? Or is it on the other side of the PWB? =^..^=

                                  Is on the other side.
                                  I cleaned the side where the sensors are too.
