Kyocera TaskAlfa 352ci. Aligment colors

Hi,

Had to change the ITB unit completely because of the noise that was coming from this unit.
After the replacement the colors on the status page were completely out of range.
Tried to do the "color registration auto" in the menu, the test page for adjustment was not good, the causes an error when scanning the page, see picture

Then I tried to do the "manual" color registration, put in the right values but still no change . . .
What do I wrong here, is there another adjustment when having changed the ITB for a new one?

Not so much experience on this model . .
any help would be great

if you have no sucess, you has to ask KDE for help.
KDE helpdesk can ask KDC fir reset file.
