Kyocera KM 4050 - black line

A thin black line appears at the bottom of the page in the same place. This only happens if there is some text on that part, both when copying and printing.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Very very old system
    running direction?
short edge feeding, long edge feeding or both?
if short edge feeding maybe timing from transfer/ separation ON/OFF wrong
check 2nd transfer area and paper path between transfer and fuser drive.
Maybe paper stucks at the entrance from fuser unit, or it`s similar to old tomcat bulletin G146
in case of long edge feeding-->maybe drum surface or dv unit

I put the same drum and dv unit in another device and this did not happen there.

Maybe check and clean the charger roller and blank lamps.

A broken transfer roller holder and spring can cause this type of issue. One end of the transfer roller will have no pressure from the spring.

That's an image compression. It could be transfer pressure springs, or a broken fuser exit guide stalling paper passage. It's really common for those transfer latches to come unsnapped, and the springs to launch themselves. Somewhere along the way, the enduser notices that the transfer unit is unlatched and re-latches it-without the spring. Often the springs end up arriving at the bottom of the vertical paper path. If they're not mashed, sometimes you can re-install them. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Problem solved. A spring was missing on one side. Thanks everyone for your help.
