You need to try a new drum and/or developing unit, preferably both together. I suspect that the cyan developer is overtoning.

Be wary of the secondary transfer roller in the door, You may have solved an issue and the transfer roller has picked up the toner and is continuing to make the pages blue.Leave a comment:

What have you done so far? Have you swapped drums around to eliminate the drum from the equation? Do you have another machine you can swap the dev in/out?
Looks like you may have lost dev bias, so possibly a HVT or connection issue.

There's a blue background only when printing color.
Ran several DV and drum refreshes. Checked DV push button locks. Color only 128K and Blk 28K
