    Kyocera P21235dn jam at rear

Ok so I have a fleet of P2135dn printers they all fail with the same issue I've been unable to solve with a paper jam at rear with a full printed sheet and paper stuck about half way in the fuser.
They print 1 sheet at a time and see upwards of 100k prints. I've fixed the issue before by replacing the fuser but in the UK the fuser is basically the value of the entire printer.

The paper feed sensor is what I think the issue is as theres not alot of extra inside the fuser. I was wondering if it would be possible to service the paper feed sensor and I found part 'NX052600' which is unavailable to the UK.

The sliding sheet in the fuser causes drag on the fuser and jamming. Search on here, some guys have removed the sheet and added silicone to get them to run. The sensor isn't going to resolve the issue.
    Hope that helps !

TMAGES, You're thinking of the M2040 series machines, The M2035, p2135 series machines do not use the slide sheet, just good old fashioned heat & pressure rollers... Sure wish they would have kept those style of rollers in the new small box machines...

No, we haven't seen that issue. We have sold a lot of 1028/1128/1035/1135/2535 and I don't recall that issue.
            Hope that helps !
