8002 line on print front and back

Howdy folks, got a 8002 with 350k on the drum and dv. transfer belt didn't get changed at PM so it's closer to 900k Machine has 2 million.
When i got to the machine i got a mark on the front of the page and the back side of the page. Mark is 157cm long on the back side before it fades out which matches transfer belt tho i don't think that's whats causing this. Toner duct in the back was totally full and the toner box on the back of the machine was about 90% full. I cleaned out the box, all the filters in the toner box and around the machine, cleaned the toner duct out, vacuumed the crap out of the DV unit to get that little air passage below the DV sleeve cleaned out. Cleaned up the charge roller and made the machine pretty again. Ran U110, U140, U464, U410, U412. It did about 1500 pages and puked again.

Ive only been fixing these 7 months now and from what ive seen so far is that toner duct plugs up and i think it's wiping out the DV unit.
I'd love to hear you thoughts on who's killing who. DV killing the drum, drum killing the DV, or just the DV is bad. This machine is over 2 hours from town so its probably just going to get drum, dv, transfer belt but i want to know what really needs to be changed. This guy is just to far to experiment.

    Thanks

    Kyocera 4501i Dumping Toner
    7002i / 8002i development unit problem
    Copystar CS3500i
4501i machines overtoning or ghosting alot ???

They all say the same thing: Vacuum out the registration area. the developing unit ducts, and the area at the bottom of the mag roller. If the the ducts get plugged, the problem accelerates rapidly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thats some good reading. That is pretty much what i did on my machine, clean the crap out of it which begs the question. Why did it puke again in 1500 pages. Are those DV units dead once they get plugged up once? Is my drum ok and i just need to replace the DV unit?

The previous techs set all these machines to quiet mode. Firmware should be pretty up to date on our fleet, our SM is pretty religious about that. But maybe if those fans got to run longer it would help carry that excess toner away. Then ill just have dead fusers from what ive read

Those were my conclusions. Once the overtoning starts, replacing the developing unit is the only cure. This is not a machine that you want running 1000 pages per month. More is better, as with most Kyoceras, as with most MFPs in general.

If it took you a month to run that 1500, it's just a bad fit for that location. =^..^=

Customer is doing about 30k a month. I went up Tuesday, cleaned it all up, got it pretty and printing good, they called the next day, I put new tray rollers in so i checked 251 on KFS and saw it did 1500 since i left.

Soooo in theory i should be able to just do the DV unit and clean it up again.

                  Fun update:
I ran 4 drum & dv refresh on it the other night over the period of a hour. Called the school the next morning and followed up again today and apparently it's happy now. If it's still good Friday im closing the call.

                    FYI
For Zeus series it`s important to clean several parts every 300K.
It exists a very old bulletin from Zeus1 (6500i/ 8000i) but it`s also important for successor systems and other A3 mono color systems <65ppm because of still same mechanical construction for dv cooling.
