Look above the fuser and take out the assembly there will be one gear grinded down to nothing in the turnaround section. I replace all 4 gears at the same time, two have the identical part number.

      PANG,
Take a look where the waste toner is augered from each of the drum units into the respective waste receptacles. Is a shutter stuck open, and the end of the auger broken off? Is there a toner rock attached to the front end of the auger, or a toner rock in the waste receptacle? The cleaning units all run off the paper conveying motor. The miter gears also run off the paper conveying motor, but the drive passes through a clutch, so you won't hear that gear jumping noise from the front left while running sim 030. I didn't hear the noise that was causing the problem until I had replaced all the drum units and another week had passed. Fortunately for me, the customer called back before it could destroy four more drum units.

There is a set of miter gears that drive the waste toner portions of the toner cartridges. Since the plastic C-clips retaining the miter gears are very flexible they allow the gears to dis-engage. The waste toner is not transported from the mouth of the waste receptacle, the cleaning unit augers pack up with toner, then the coupler that drives each of the cleaning augers start to jump because they cannot turn.

      1) Clean up the toner disaster.
      2) Replace the three plastic C-clips with three metal E-clips and shim the miter gear on the long shaft with a few 0.25mm shims to tighten up the gear lash.
      3) Replace the drum units. If you're lucky one or two of them may have survived, but probably not.
      4) Clear the drum counters and perform a color calibration.

Its a fairly large cleanup, but if you get it right the first time, you won't be back in a month doing it again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Remove the toner cartridges. Remove the face plate that holds the various toner cartridges and flip it over to its backside. Remove two small screws, release 6 or 7 clips, and use a knife blade to carefully separate the metal backing plate from the plastic front piece. There is two sided tape making this separation difficult. Now you can see the plastic C-clips.

              Good Luck. =^..^=

Update: you can see this same effect if the paper feed guide labelled "B1" is not latched. This guide carries the drive to the waste containers, and the guide can be close but not latched, and look normal. A good test is to run developer refresh. If it's going to click, you'll hear it then. =^..^=
