Does anyone know an acceptable voltage range for these machines? We have one installed that will dip from roughly 117vac to as low as 108. I would think that this sort of swing isn't exactly desirable, but I am not sure that it is our of tolerance. Any help here would be appreciated.
    Thanks

The rule is typically +/- 10% of 120vac. So your low end is 108vac.

If you can identify 108 with your meter, you can be sure that it drops even lower than that. I would get the power quality analyzer onto that line and document it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
