    I am stumped km5035

    hello all
I have an km-5035 giving me some trouble. I am getting gray streaks on the front side of machine. I have replaced the drum unit, dev unit, transfer roller assembly, and the fuer unit. After replacement of each unit the problem got better but still not gone. I am not to sure what to try next. Any ideas on this??
(I have attched some examples, they arent very good to see the accual problem I have to turn my scanner exposure all the way up to get the scan to pick it up)
I am mostly a Sharp tech so not really to sure where to go with this machine, please help.

It appears from your scans that there is developer on the page. Possible severe undertoning. Is this OEM developer & toner? What sort of Sim 25-1 readings do you get? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks for all your replies. It seems that the main charge was the cause. not sure how or why that would cause a double image but hey its working now so I am not going to worry about it. thanks again.
