    kjocera mita task alfa 250ci

    salve volevo sapere in questa macchina i 4 tamburi , guppo trasferimento e orno a quante copie venivano cambiati. nella la sostituzione dei gruppi bisogna ressettarli nella manutezione sp?
    Lo smontaggio dei gruppi tamburi forno gruppo di trsferimeno e' facile? come si smontano?

      The yield of the drum units and primary transfer belt is 300,000 prints. The drum units usually last the recommended yield. It is the primary charge rollers that usually require changing early. There have been problems with the inner rubber guide on the inside of the transfer belt. The rubber piece can peel off and get would up in the rollers, causing wrinkling of the belt, tears, and areas of poor transfer. The drum units and transfer belt unit are sold only as assemblies. They can be disassembled, but since no separate replacement parts are available it will not do you any good. To remove the units you must remove the units in this order:
      1) remove all toner cartridges
      2) remove waste bottle and holder
      3) remove toner hopper assembly (assembly across the front of the machine, below the toner cartridges, five screws, small door at right side, one connector, two latch releases at the ends)
      4) remove fuser assembly
      5) remove primary transfer belt assembly, one connector.
      6) remove four developing units, one screw each, one connector each
      7) remove four drum units, one connector each

      When reassembling be cautious when inserting the primary transfer belt assembly. It is very easy to deform the transfer contacts in the rear frame. =^..^=


      1) toglie tutte le cartucce di colorante
      2) toglie la bottiglia di spreco ed il supporto
      3) toglie il montaggio di cavalletta di colorante (il montaggio attraverso il davanti della macchina, sotto le cartucce di colorante, cinque viti, la piccola porta al lato giusto, un connettore, due liberazioni di serratura alle fini)
      4) toglie il montaggio di fuser
      5) toglie il montaggio di cintura di trasferimento primario, un connettore.

          scusami ma queste macchine hanno il developer? se si ha quante copie viene cambiato?i gruppi quando vengono cambiati vengono anche azzerati nella modalita' di programmazione?
          la piccola porta al lato giusto, un connettore, due liberazioni di serratura alle fini) dove si trovano al lato del forno?grazie

              Yes, these machines use dual component developer. All of the maintenance kit parts get changed at 300,000 prints, including the developer units. Like the drum units, the developer units can be disassembled, but no separate replacement parts are available. They are only sold as assemblies. Yes, the machine gathers new serial number data and counter data from the EEPROM chip on the new developing unit, and zeros out the counter for that unit. Each developing unit and each drum unit can be replaced independently. It is not required that they be replaced as sets. You will need to do a color calibration when you are done. No, the developing units do not remove from the side door. They remove from the front, after you remove the toner hopper assembly. Please see the directions in the previous message. You should purchase a service manual. This is a difficult machine to work on without proper directions.

                  poiche' da poco li sto' installando mi sto un po informando sul funzionamento di questa macchina macchina in cui ho fatto solo le ricoh.
