I've used this on a couple different occasions. It works great.
    Thanks Tony. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

most ricoh's you can browse the network from the op panel kyocera don't do that, if Kmnet viewer can't see the folder its not shared correctly.

        YES!!!

        Thanks guys

Now it's working perfectly. It seems that I had entered a wrong Login User Name (I had not entered the domain name), and I think I had to open the port in the firewall too (not sure about that yet - but will test it).
I had tried so many combinations - but non was correct.
With the step by step guide fro
m tmaged and a few good tips from you guys it work. I now understand why some of you said it was easy. ... when you know how to do it
So now I'm going to all the customers and set up SMB scanning whether they want it or not

On Windows 7 you sometimes have to go to print/file sharing advanced and check all the settings there as well. sharing enabled,Password off etc.
