I try to print a flayer in letter size but I see that it will not cover edge to edge 3mm on the square is white.
How can I adjust this machine to cover the whole letter size.

    I need your help!

My best device? Don't do it.

The voids are there to prevent fuser jamming and wraps on the heat roller. If you diminish the lead edge void to anything less than 2.5mm you will get fuser wraps, and the resulting fuser damage when the customer gets out their pinking shears to cut out the offending paper.

Laser printing engines are not designed to run without voids. If you do this you will be your own worst enemy. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sell them a Sharp. They will do 12x18 so you can trim it down. There are none that will do full bleed edge to edge.
      Hope that helps !

Teach them to trim the border. It's all good.
