    CS 2560 control panel

Control panel not responding or touch screen not responding ...... gonna go there and check for the obvious....stuck keys etc. Does this model have a history of problems like this? Any suggestions?

I have had to replace a couple overlays on them. Pack a lunch.

It's very common to get some grit, or perhaps a curl of steel between the edge of the touch screen and the plastic panel opening. If the touch panel is being pressed in one place, the rest of the touch screen is unresponsive.

I've never had to replace a Stratos touch panel for this symptom. I have had to replace a whole panel assembly for cfB31 errors after loading firmware. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for responding....I got off easy. Stuck button on panel was the trouble.
